WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

I would advise arriving 5/10 minutes prior to your appointment to avoid feeling rushed and to ensure you are relaxed prior to your appointment

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT?

​

Please try to cancel your appointment at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Cancellation charges may be incurred if less than 24 hour notice of cancellation is given.

WILL I NEED TO FILL ANYTHING OUT BEFORE MY FIRST APPOINTMENT?

Yes, you will receive a detailed email which will include all information and forms that will need to be completed prior to arrival.

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT FROM MY SESSION?

​

The unexpected, come with an open mind and if you have any queries or worries, please feel free to get in touch!

CAN I EAT PRIOR TO MY SESSION?

​

I advise not eating the hour prior to your session, if you do eat, choose foods that digest easily and give you balanced energy (no sweets or roast dinners!)

WHAT HAPPENS DURING A SESSION?

 

The therapy is performed on a massage table, the client is fully clothed and the practitioner’s touch is light and still. The therapist uses touch to mobilise the subtle rhythmic motion of your body, improve energy flow and release tension. The session focus is to support the inherent health of the whole being, especially the nervous system. The session is conducted within a negotiated and safe space with the client, to enable the client to begin the journey of unravelling the stress they were holding. The client practitioner relationship is confidential, open, grounded and non-judgemental.

All the treatments are performed in a lovely cosy garden studio

decorated to make you feel at ease.
