Carol has always been fascinated by the human body and its subtle energetic rhythms, along with its natural ability to recover and repair itself.

Following a horse riding accident in 1997 when she injured her spine, Carol was recommended to see a therapist. After a course of treatments the pain and stiffness subsided and she was able to get back to looking after her young family.

This experience inspired Carol to train as a craniosacral therapist and begin a new path helping others to feel better.

OUTSIDE THE TREATMENT ROOM

When she's not in clinic, Carol enjoys spending time outdoors in Hertfordshire with her husband and dogs.

She believes that connection, nature and finding moments of stillness are important parts of maintaining wellbeing.
